We’re excited to announce a new Thursday Night Chef-Curated Tasting at Miru’s sushi bar, launching Thursday, January 8, and running every Thursday. This is a 6–7 course tasting led by Executive Chef Rick Horiike, featuring temaki, otsukuri, select kitchen creations, and dessert, with occasional off-menu touches.
